When can I check in to the hotel?

As a general rule you can check- in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 14:00, you may have Access to the room earlier.

When do I have to check out of the hotel?

The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check- out and is subject to availability.

Is there room service?

Room service is available 24 hours a day. Room service is available around the clock for a fee. To order, you will find the menu card for eating and drinking in the room. Please contact our reception directly with your room service requests. (Internal number ‘0’)

Do you have a special honeymoon application?

Offers are valid for up to one year upon presentation and marriage certificate and / or confirmation of the date from the registry office. The package is valid for honeymoon couples with a minimum stay of 5 nights.   Honeymoon Package:

  • Specially furnished VIP wedding room (check-in day)
  • Plate with fruit, dessert and nut mix (check-in day).
  • Breakfast in the room (once during your stay)
  • Dinner in the Alacarte restaurant (with reservation)
  • Service plate, fork & knife, champagne glass
  • 1 bottle of champagne
  • Bathrobe and slippers
  • 1 photo (souvenir of the honeymoon in Terrace Hotels)
  • Daily newspaper (check-in day)

Is there a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel? How do we get to the hotel?

Our hotel does not offer a free shuttle service. You can order a taxi from the airport or we can arrange a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for a fee. Please contact us well in advance to arrange a private transfer.

Is there WiFi in the hotel / room?

In the hotel we offer free WiFi in the room and in public areas.

What documents are required when checking in at the hotel?

At check-in, each guest must present their identification card or passport and a hotel voucher.

Is the beach made of sand or gravel?

Our hotel has direct access to the fine and gently sloping private sandy beach.  

Is there a minibar in the room?

All rooms are equipped with a minibar. The use of the minibar is free of charge and is refilled once a day

Is there an alcoholic drink in the minibar?

No, you can order from room service 24 hours for a fee.

Is there a safe in the room? Is it chargeable?

There is a safe in every room and is subject to a charge.

Is beach towel offered in the hotel? Is it chargeable?

Yes, you get one beach towel per person. Beach towel change is for a fee.

Where can you get the beach towels?

You can get the beach towel in the spa area.

Does the hotel have SKY?

No. The selected channels are transmitted in various languages via satellite.

Is iron offered in the room?

For safety reasons, the use of an iron in the room is not permitted. You can have your things ironed in our laundry service for a fee.
